NORC Ambassadors: Seniors Empowering Seniors
Client: University Health Network

The NORC “Naturally Occurring Retirement Community” Ambassadors program is part of a larger NORC program being developed at the University Health Network to advance new models of social connection and accessible care for older adults living in the community.

The illustrations were developed through a collaborative process with researchers to make accessible and readable images that would inspire leadership and initiative among community leaders. Additionally, more diagram-like images were created for the Idea Bank.
